If your question is not here, call 03 4821 3333 and ask. We would rather answer it now than have you guess.
Call Now: 03 4821 3333That depends which of our two zones you are in, and we will tell you on the phone. Close to either hub - Box Hill in the east, Frankston in the south-east - we target 15 minutes. Through the outer east and the wider Frankston ring, allow 30. Lilydale and Mooroolbark run closer to 35. These are targets measured from the zone hub, not an average smeared across Melbourne.
Two zones. The eastern corridor from Box Hill and Balwyn out through Doncaster, Ringwood and Knox to Lilydale. And the Frankston south-east, meaning Frankston and everything inside roughly 12 kilometres of it, from Edithvale down to Mornington and across to Cranbourne West. If your suburb is not listed, ring anyway and we will tell you honestly whether anyone is near enough to help.
Because Frankston is about 30 kilometres from Box Hill. One arrival time stretched across both would be a number we could not meet, and you would find that out on the night. Each zone is run separately, with its own quoted times. If you sit between the two, call and we will give you a straight answer rather than a hopeful one.
The phone is answered around the clock, every day of the year, public holidays included. Out-of-hours and holiday rates do apply, and they are quoted before anyone is dispatched rather than added at the end.
On the phone, before a van moves, from the job you describe and the time of day. What you agree to is what appears on the invoice. If the job turns out to be materially different once we see it, we stop and re-quote rather than continuing and explaining afterwards.
Cash, EFTPOS and the major cards, settled on completion once the work is done and you are happy with it. Commercial clients can arrange to be invoiced on account instead.
Operating a locksmith business in Victoria requires a Private Security Business Licence issued by Victoria Police. Ask us for our number when you book - and ask it of any locksmith you ring. A business that will not give you one is telling you something useful. Our technicians carry photo identification and show it on arrival without being asked.
Seldom. The large majority of lockouts open non-destructively and the existing hardware goes straight back to work. Where drilling is genuinely the only route, you hear the cost and the consequences before we start, not after.
Yes. Transponder keys, remote head keys and proximity fobs are cut and programmed at the vehicle, including all-keys-lost jobs, in both zones.
One call and you will know exactly where you stand.
